The Phoenix Building, Philadelphia, PA 

Corporate headquarters for Keating Building Corporation. A 50 thousand square ft. three floor class “A” office space renovation and the conversion of 16 additional floors of office space to over 200 hundred luxury condominiums, fitness center, retail, restaurant and underground parking facilities.

McIntosh Inn, Bensalem, PA, Delaware City, King of Prussia, PA

The renovation and redesign of 78 hotel rental units, administrative spaces, back office space, site infrastructure, computer rooms and commercial kitchen facilities.

Hertz RAC Regional Airport Facilities, Philadelphia, PA

A 17-acre maintenance and administrative regional airport facility.  Project included underground specialty storage facilities, pumping stations, state of the art automated car wash facilities, central computer rooms, and extensive site infrastructure.

Tasker Homes (Philadelphia Housing Authority), Philadelphia, PA

$180million project consisting of  the demolition & abatement of a thirty-two acre public housing development.  The new construction of 440 single and multi-family housing units, site infrastructure, 55 thousand square foot maintenance & training facility and a 72-unit low rise assisted living facility.

Johnson & Johnson Laboratories, Malvern, PA.

Laboratory facilities to $30million including the BOD development and new construction of  a 15,000 sq. ft. live cell banking laboratory. New plumbing systems such as compressed air, oxygen, gas, nitrogen, vacuum. The mechanical systems included a 200 ton chilled water plant with water cooled chillers and screw compressors, temperature and humidity controls and air purification system. Specialty equipment included biological safety cabinets, chemical fume hoods, laminar flow hoods, lyophilizes, fermentor, glass washing equipment, incubators and autoclaves.
